A 5K run to raise awareness for Tigray. Tigray region is reeling from multiple humanitarian crises. The UN calls for urgent life-saving action and support. Driven by a desire to contribute to the cause, we are conducting this race to raise funds and awareness for the escalating crisis in Tigray. The needs are pressing, and there is something we can do! The Association of Tigrayan Athletes in North America (ATANA) has finished all its preparations for its third Run4Tigray event to create awareness of the Genocidal Campaign launched on the people of Tigray as well as to promote the health and wellness of Tigrayans in the Diaspora.
While you are in the Washington DC Metro Area for the Annual Tigray Festival (7002 Arundel Mills Cir, Hanover, MD 21076), please make time to participate in this great event.
